RESOURCE Affordable Housing Assessment This report provides a regional perspective on the status of affordable housing and neighborhood revitalization for low-income households. The need for affordable housing is a byproduct of poverty or from a break in the social services “safety net” that is often reflected in the market through a mismatch of housing supply and demand.
